We deliver to all provinces across South Africa, including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, and the Northern Cape. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or adverse weather conditions beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions — check our website or social media for current offers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice. Additional redelivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@zeeskiluxehair.co.za or via WhatsApp on +27 62 715-6864. Please take photographs of any damage and retain all packaging for our records. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
