Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, select the wig you love, choose your preferred style and length, then click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout steps and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. You can also WhatsApp us to place an order directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), EFT bank transfers, and PayFast. All payments are secure and encrypted for your protection.

Can I place an order via WhatsApp?

Absolutely! You can reach us directly on +27 62 715-6864 to place your order, ask questions, or get personalised wig recommendations. We love chatting with our customers!

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp on +27 62 715-6864 or email us at info@zeeskiluxehair.co.za.

Delivery

Do you deliver across South Africa?

Yes! We deliver nationwide across South Africa — from Johannesburg and Pretoria to Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, and everywhere in between. No matter where you are in SA, we've got you covered. 🇿🇦

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout for faster turnaround. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount — check our shop for the current free delivery threshold.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Are your wigs made from real human hair?

Yes! All our wigs are made from 100% premium human hair, carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. Human hair wigs look natural, feel soft, and can be styled with heat tools just like your own hair.

Can I dye or bleach the wigs?

Because our wigs are 100% human hair, they can be dyed or coloured. However, we recommend having this done by a professional stylist to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair. Please note that bleaching may affect the hair texture.

How do I choose the right wig size?

Most of our wigs come with adjustable straps that fit most head sizes. To measure your head, use a soft measuring tape around your hairline. If you're unsure, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

What is the difference between a lace front and a full lace wig?

A lace front wig has lace only along the front hairline, giving a natural-looking hairline. A full lace wig has lace all around, allowing you to part the hair in any direction. Full lace wigs offer more styling versatility but are typically priced higher.

Wig Care

How do I wash my wig?

Gently detangle the wig before washing. Use lukewarm water and a sulphate-free shampoo. Work the shampoo through the hair from root to tip — never scrub in circles. Rinse thoroughly and apply a moisturising conditioner. Let it air dry on a wig stand. Avoid wringing or rubbing the hair.

How often should I wash my wig?

For daily wear, we recommend washing your wig every 10–14 days. If you wear it less frequently, wash it every 3–4 weeks or when you notice product buildup. Over-washing can strip the hair of its natural moisture.

Can I use heat on my wig?

Yes! Our 100% human hair wigs can be blow-dried, straightened, curled, and styled with heat tools. Always use a heat protectant spray before applying any heat. We recommend keeping the temperature below 180°C to preserve the hair quality.

How should I store my wig when not in use?

Store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you need to store it in a bag, place it in a silk or satin bag to prevent tangling and frizz.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the wig is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending any returns.

What if my wig arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologise if this happens! Please take photos of the item and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp on +27 62 715-6864. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
