Our Returns Window

We want you to love your Zeeski Luxe Hair wig. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

⚠️ Important: You must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The wig must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

🚫 For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, or had their tags removed cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, or styled
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has passed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please reach us via WhatsApp at +27 62 715-6864 or email us at info@zeeskiluxehair.co.za.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
