Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Zeeski Luxe Hair website (zeeskiluxehair.co.za) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

• All our wigs are made from 100% human hair unless otherwise stated
• Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched
• We accept credit/debit cards, EFT, and other payment methods listed at checkout
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds if items are out of stock

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Zeeski Luxe Hair is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday)
• A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
